You will see an option at the bottom of the list that says “Save Selection to Cover Page Gallery. Once you are happy with how your cover page looks, click on INSERT > Cover Page. Once you are happy with it, you can then make it into a template that you can reuse in the future. You can pick an already existing template and then edit it.
